Like El Club Allard, which was inaugurated in 1998 for members only, opening its doors to the public in 2003 and which, now in 2022, is reborn once again to recover the brilliance of haute cuisine in Madrid
An interesting and familiar name? Allard. The name comes from the Gallardo family, owners of the building, a surname from which they decided to remove the G and the O.
One of the people responsible for the name and the original Club was don Fernando Gallardo, owner of the emblematic building. Come to El Club Allard and discover the history behind these walls for yourself.
