Adapt or Perish?
He forms a part of the new generation of talented chefs with stars (Michelin) together with his twin brother, Sergio. Both participated in a debate with Romain Fornell from Caelis, Jordi Cruz from Ábac and Diego Guerrero from El Club Allard about innovation and creativity in the “BCN Vanguardia” (Avant-garde Gourmet Fair), which will be celebrated until today in the “Salón Alimentaria” (Food Showroom), where they will also give a lecture titled: «Tradición y evolución» (“Tradition and Evolution”).
