Trends, ideas and inspiration for innovative products and creative processes are the key ingredients of this Gastronomic event, which is celebrated in the Food Showroom during these dates, with innovation as the central feature with the participation of leading Chefs who provide clues about their latest projects. Jordi Cruz, Diego Guerrero, Sergio and Javier Torres as well as Romain Fornell shared their views about the Chef’s profession yesterday.
